5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Fine City Neighbours in Norwich.

Four of us went out in pairs tonight - Elizabeth and Kamilla then Sam and myself.
We continued on with the covid response, delivering postcards for #finecityneighbours around Norwichs' Golden Triangle area 🔺🏡
On our walk to delivery, we clapped for the late great Sir Tom Moore 🕊️ what a man! RIP
We got a little rained on tonight, but that never stops GoodGym - as Kamilla said "luckily skin is waterproof" 😉🌧️😁
