One goodgymer cycled, jogged and then tried to imagine one was swimming in the shower after offering a hand at the London Triathlon 2022.
It was an uplifting and cheerful task. Cheering on finishers and giving away finisher T-shirts
After this, I'm so motivated. Hoping I can improve my one-breathe swimming technique, and then ultimately encourage some goodgymers to train together for next year... Or at least volunteer together!
