3 GoodGymers made their way 1.0km on a training session in Coventry.

On what would have been a GoodGym training day, 3 GoodGym members took part in a training session,2 actually appeared on the radio. Thanks Lorna and BBC CWR for your support the last few weeks. It was a good work out. Well done for sharing the word about the GoodGym tasks too.
