GoodGym Parkrun Tour - Stage 2

After a first parkrun in Mile End last month as #teamgoodgym #redthunder, we stoped this time at Burgess Park (South London, very south when you live really north ...).

Legendary cheering skill

7 runners (Sarah, Sophie, Beth, Jess, Madeleine, Hassan and Axel (oh it's me...) was at the start and Ivo was also there with his legendary cheering skill. Every one was wainting for the Social Sec Pritesh but either he didn't turn up either he was too fast and we didn't see him.

Really nice routes and really nice park

The run itself is a 5k run as all the parkrun, really nice routes and really nice park. Burgess Park is also flat which is good if you want a PB what Hassan surely did (still waiting for the official results), and every one was looking happy at then end, which is the most important.

Fair Trad Ubuntu Cola

After that we all head off for cafe, thea or Fair Trad Ubuntu Cola (for IT people it's really weird ... ) and sit on the grass trying to choose the next parkrun of the GoodGym Parkrun. And the next Parkrun should be Brockwell park on the 20th of September.
