Goodgym parked up and helped out!

Three Goodgym members offered to be Parkrun volunteers. In the end they had enough which allowed Jacqui to run the 5Km. See pictures ( almost dancing the first lap). The Sunny Hill parkrun is a fun, free event organised by volunteers for the benefit of everyone. 9am every Saturday - Sunny Hill or not!

"It's a hilly one! my friends warned me who have done Sunny Hill before. And it certainly is. A couple of short & sharp climbs on each of the two laps are enough to get the heart rate up and the legs screaming to walk. But as they say 'what goes up must come down' and sure enough there are some lovely long downhills to enjoy too; with a view over Wembley and North West London to enjoy for our efforts"
