Goodgym (not) parkrun Week 8
4 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Poole.

Patricia: 33.23 with a VPB and age grade of 61.18% Elizabeth: 37.50 with age grading of 51.22% Shelley: 1.32 (walk post Covid!) with a grading of 18.06% Sian completed 36 mins but entered it twice to confuse the system and no idea what her age grade is! Too keen!
