Today's GoodGym mission turned into an unexpected adventure! Stepping up when my friend got injured, I led a spirited group on a scenic 400-foot cliff run overlooking Chesil beach. The stormy sea provided a dramatic backdrop, but the sun and warmth made it perfect running weather. Quick photo break at the top, and then a thrilling run back to catch the bus. 1 minutes to spare, smiles all around – another mission accomplished with joy! #GoodGymAdventure #RunWithPurpose
