Today's GoodGym mission turned into an unexpected adventure! Stepping up when my friend got injured, I led a spirited group on a scenic 400-foot cliff run overlooking Chesil beach. The stormy sea provided a dramatic backdrop, but the sun and warmth made it perfect running weather.
