Good Job, Hive 5!

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Tower Hamlets.

Saturday, 24th of September 2016

Bright and early on Saturday morning two GoodGym runners, one from the east and one from the west, met to tackle Mrs C’s weed problem.

They got stuck in and while swapping stories about London’s better halves, the weeds were slowly defeated.

Mrs C was impressed and after a half-time banana break the runners braved (OK some were braver than others) a swarm of wasps (OK there were at least 4) to finish the job.

Afterwards the sun shone on a brighter garden and a delighted Mrs C said that her grandchildren could now play outside when they visit. A great start to the weekend!
