Tonight it was lovely to meet Amanuel. He has ran for Malta in the European Championships for Malta in 2017 over 1500m and has a great pb of 3.48! He is a living in Birmingham as a refugee, so it was lovely to support him as he is trying to get back into training after a 6 month lay off.

We decided to run down the canal to Brindley Place, followed by going up Corporation Street and back past Colmore Row and through St Paul's Square, back to 1000 Trades.

Once back we all ran together to New Street station were we parted ways. James had a good sweat on and Amanuel said he would even run a little further.
