Getting into the move!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Brighton.

Ms M is on the move and was in need to of bit of muscle to help her get things ready. Tara and I made our way to the top of Brighton to help dismantle and move furniture saving Ms M's strength for organising things after surgery and recent treatment. Ms M was grateful for the help and so was her adorable dog who was all about cuddles!
