Gardening at Worthing LC
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the South Downs Leisure Charitable trust in Worthing.

Duncan and Gill started with a track session and nine laps of the running track. Gill then got to work on pulling up the weeds in the patio whilst Duncan mowed the lawn after rewiring the plug.
