‘Frosty at parkrun‘ ☃️❄️🎶

1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Norwich parkrun in Norwich.

It was a cold, frosty and slightly misty morning for parkrun, but there was still a very good turnout. One youth football team had come to Eaton for a sponsored parkrun after Brundall had unfortunately had to cancel. Despite the frosty conditions everyone got round safely, some still braving the cold with bare arms and legs.

Congratulations to Liz today as she reached her 50 Goodgym missions! Next time you see her she may be wearing her black t-shirt!
