Form-filling fun

After a bit of a false start with Mrs S' desktop, we got logged onto the laptop and found the form online that she needed help with. There were a lot of questions which I read out and then selected / completed her answers. We also copied some supporting documents and got her husband to fill in the relevant section. All was going brilliantly until her printer ran out of ink but I left written instructions for what they need to print off and where they need to sign.
