Flyering rain or shine
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Rukhsana Khan Foundation in Waltham Forest.

The task was to post flyers through letter boxes in support of local food bank. Happily, of 250 letter boxes, most were at waist level and only about half a dozen were at the foot of the door! A new found respect for postal workers☺️
