2 Goodgymers cycled 6 miles to help Miss E with her garden.

Miss E used to enjoy gardening but hasn't been able to do so recently due to her health. This meant that the grass had got very long in the back garden, so we set to work with the Flymo trying to get through the long grass. Nigel was mowing and Katherine was raking up any loose clippings and putting them in the compost bin, as well as pulling up grass from along the edge of the path which had disappeared under the grass.

Unfortunately we didn't have time to do the front garden as well, but the back was looked a lot tidier and it means Miss E is now able to reach the washing line to be able to hand out her washing.

Miss E was over the moon with the difference it had made and unfortunately as a result Katherine forgot to take an "after" photo - doh!
