Mr L's laptop was no longer connected to the Internet so called in goodgym to help. I showed him how to re enter the WiFi password to get back on the internet. I was able to answer a few more questions on using the laptop and Mr L was very grateful for the help and ready to listen to his favourite songs on you tube once again
