Jo and Sarah arrived plenty early, which meant that they had lots of time for Ellie (and Sarah) to show Jo the ropes. But first job was to have a Covid lateral flow test. Ellie guided them both through the process - however Sarah knew what to do so pushed on (well more "up" really) whilst Jo was still blowing her nose - thus giving Sarah time to whip out her phone and take a photo of Jo in full "Flow" 🤣

A walk around the site to see how the patients would flow and then Sarah took her favourite spot as Wakie Talkie Wilson and Jo manned the back door. A little while later more volunteers arrived as the doors opened and the first patients came in.

Today's vaccine was the Oxford one, so patients "flowed" through very smoothly as few had to wait at the end. This meant that the waiting room never exceeded 4 people and often no waiting was needed at all. 100 patients were vaccinated.

Sarah wished she never told Jo that Pizza or McDonalds would be coming - as this clearly jinxed it, fortunately there was plenty of hot drinks to help keep warm.
