Five Went to Wardown Parkrun
5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Luton Wardown Parkrun in Luton.

Five GoodGymmers gave up their Saturday morning lie-in to help out the volunteers at the Wardown Parkrun.
We had Amy, Sam and David on barcode duty, Miriam assisting with finish tokens and Martin marshaling and cheering on the runners.
Together with the other volunteers we ensured a smooth operation that allowed 288 people to come together for their morning run That's 1440 km, and somewhere in the region of 115,000 calories burnt!
We'll be back next week to do the run and set a benchmark time that we can use to see how our running improves over the coming months.
