10 Fitness seeking GoodGymers increased their fitness with 60 minutes of running focused exercise on Clapham Common.

Great to be joined this week by Winni, Kelvin, Corn and Kiki all the way from Hong Kong!! Trying out a few of the GoodGym moves on their visit to London, maybe even taking a few ideas back to Hong Kong.

With the light fading fast on our last session in this block on Clapham Common we got our running motion on point and drilled! A big focus on knee drive and powering our foot back to the ground to create a powerful and effective stride cycle.

Using some mini hurdles and really getting some serious leg turn over as well as testing our coordination we upped the tempo powering over the hurdles.

To finish off the running portion of the session we split into 2 teams and with batons in hand we worked on our faster running with some slick change overs!

As the light had left us we got stuck into 30 minutes of running specific circuits!! Smashing out 7 minute blocks focusing on our Core, lower body, upper body and Cardiovascular fitness. Top effort and exercise execution by everyone ensured we all got a serious workout in!!

Thank you all for coming along and putting in such great work!!

Next week the Fitness 4 All sessions will be back on the road in a new location, check the website out for more information!
