3 GoodGymers got their fitness Flavour flowing in 60 minutes of Fitness 4 All action on Clapham Common.
The rain seemed to put off all bar the hardy few this week!!
Heading into the Common to really get some running form focus on. We went through a gradual warm up to ensure our minds and bodies were ready for action.
Bouncing into a range of running drills to lock into areas where we could make the biggest efficiency gains we worked hard to maintain our excellent body position while allowing our running strengths to be fully utilised!
With the light fading we ramped up the pace for one last push galvanising all the form improvements into 4 strong reps!
With our running legs truly worked we smashed through 15 minutes of full body conditioning circuits really digging in when it got tough and finishing off will done ever important core exercises!!
