First volunteer shift at Excel

After completing my induction on Monday, today I did my first shift at the Vaccination Centre. I started at the car park section that is the first point where we meet/greet the people who arrive for their appointments and give them the directions. During the day I moved around a bit to see other sections too. Excel is quite a big place and with all the volunteers they make sure that everything is running smoothly and nobody gets lost there. 😊
