2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Lewisham.

Runners helped Age UK to clean the delivery boxes. The time flew quickly thanks to all different topics we talked during the mission. We cleaned all boxes and lids. Welcome James who has done his first community mission at Goodgym. He walked all the way to Living Centre. It took him one and half an hour and while he was getting fit did some to scrub the boxes. We enjoyed this community mission. I am sure we meet again on another mission.
