Farewell Croydon - although I will be back

Thank you to the lovely Croydon GoodGym runners (and Sandy from Woking who will now be joining her local GG group) for coming along to Lloyd Park parkrun to help "celebrate" my escape from Croydon/return to bonnie Scotland. Having the opportunity to set up GoodGym in Croydon in 2016 was such an honour and I've met so many lovely people and become more involved in the community than I ever had been.

That's all I'm going to say before I get maudlin and weepy but it's been a blast and look forward to keeping up with all your exploits and don't forget there is always a warm Scottish welcome if you head up to the Promised Land!
