On Friday evening the Event directors, Michelle as one of the Run directors (and myself as Volunteer Organiser) met for our half yearly meeting to discuss everything parkrun. After cheese, crackers and delicious cake we had discussed what had been and with eagerness what was to come at Norwich parkrun.

Amazingly Michelle was up bright and early (with all the tokens sorted!) Michelle was run director and did First timers briefing. She reports everything went smoothly and we had a fab team of volunteers.

We need an experienced Timekeeper, a Tailwalker, Funnel Managers an Barcode scanners. At Norwich if you can run around 22/23mins then you can both 'Run & Scan'.
