Tonight we decided do something different to our normal group run... a few members had asked for a fitness session on a Monday night so a fitness session is what they got!
A circuit of 5 exercises with 30-60 seconds with 30 second rest x 4 sets!
Easy peasy with muscle sprouts!
Well done to you all!
