Excel-lent Thursday

A relatively quiet mid-week shift at the Excel last Thursday for me and Graham (and a fairly belated report...) - must have been the calm before the capacity begins to ramp up through March. Graham started out on the car park, I was stationed at pod exits practicing the best ways to ask for feedback forms, and after a quick lunch break we swapped over for the second half, with many happy vaccine recipients all round
