Tonight, three GoodGymers met not for post work drinks but to save some food from going to waste!

Arranged through Food Drop, we collected surplus food from Pret at closing time and walked the mile to Soapbox, a youth centre in Islington doing some pretty amazing stuff!

This stops food going to landfill and supports amazing community projects by getting that food to those who need it!

Couldn't think of a better way to spend a Friday night!

Drop it like it's food

GoodGym has teamed up with Food Drop to help reduce waste by getting unsold food to those in need!

Through the Food Drop app, runners can collect unsold food from high-street retailers like Pret A Manger and Caffè Nero and drop them off at nearby charities.

If you’re interested in signing up, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Download the Food Drop app

2️⃣ Book drops that suit you

3️⃣ List it on the GoodGym website and invite others to join you

4️⃣ Complete your drop using the Food Drop app and get a good deed!

If you have any questions, please email hello@fooddrop.co.uk
