Mr G hadn't had a good week, having experienced a fall due to his back pain. Despite the gloom of a recent accident, he still had his wit in his sleeve, and even smiled when we had a banter about my outrageous socks.

After the usual shopping, Mr G enquired me about requesting a two-person mission to move his bed, which would uncover a socket needed to plug his alarm clock in. Mr G had recently overslept for an important appointment because the alarm was too far from his bed and he couldn't hear it. I thought such an essential matter shouldn't wait for another mission and probably could be fixed without two GoodGymers involved. I moved away a designer chair and plunged behind the bed, where I found a dusty cable extension, where I plugged in the alarm clock. Done.

"Thank you so much. You're a genius. They should give you a medal at GoodGym" - concluded grateful Mr G.
