Ms. F needed my assistance with reading the electric meter as the access to the basement was not straight forward or accessible for the elderly. Outside stairs with no handrails. I went into the cold and damp basement and from above, Ms. F directed me to the electric box and I had to identify which power lead from her flat lead to the meter box. It was all done within 5-10 minutes.
