Ding, dong Merrily high on paint fumes and sugar soap... just another trip to Ashford Place for the Brent GGers!

Only a few of us managed to brave this December night for tonight's GG Brent mission. Never-the-less we swept through the the streets of Willesden like Rudolph soaring through the sky to get to Ashford Place in record time.

We were greeted by Father Christmas himself, Danny and we set to work, busier than Santa's Elves on Christmas Eve.

We set to work with a soundtrack of Christmas Carols to get us in the mood. and what a busy night it was tonight...

Claire got busy mopping the world's biggest floor, not a single inch was left unscrubbed, what a hero! Hannah, Sadhana and Catherine set about sprucing up the paint work, whilst Ellie and Laura set about tackling the tea stained walls.

We left the place looking Whiter than Bing Crosby's Christmas.

Ellie was Teeking it to the max in her powerful leggings and as usual Sadhana brought the Christmas Cheer in her luminous trainers and hat.

After the task, we fled into the night and back towards the sports centre for a hill session. We powered up and down the big hill 5 times giving it everything we had! Laura's arms really throwing some shapes to get up for the final time.

Job done team Goodgym Brent. Another week another fantastic effort, and one week closer to Christmas!
