1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Brent.

Ms L was very keen to welcome me at the weekend to help clear some clutter so she could have more space in her home .
We worked together sorting boxes and making piles for charity shops , recycling and rubbish .
Ms L was very pleased that she could now see her living room floor
