Over 800 runners from London and Essex based clubs gathered at Claybury Park on Saturday, ready to race a technical 8km undulating course. Soft and squishy under forest sections, but pretty runnable for a lot of the route- 3 loops in total with a mean uphill finish!
Representing the Women's team, we had Alison, Cloud and Sarah. And for the Men's team, we had Simon, Graham and Steve. Great to have an ultimate cheer squad from Linda, James and Phil, perfectly positioned on course to raise spirits after another tough climb!
