A very quick visit and catch up with the team at the Crisis Warehouse in Poplar.
Goodgym members are helping out today at the Crisiswarehouse in Poplar.
The majority of #homeless friends are in hostels but they still need essential items.
GoodGym Tower Hamlets are preparing bags of clothing for delivery.
