Crate help everyone!

Four GoodGymers: Hiral, Louise as well as newbies Fadia and Miranda got together to help Borough Food Cooperative to stock the delivery of food items (the gym part) whilst doing good.

The team started with cleaning the crates with wipes then refilling the crates with food items. As we finished with the refilling, there was new delivery which was brought into the shop by GoodGymers and rearranged in the crates within minutes.

We also helped with restocking the fridge with juices and other cold storage items. Fadia and Hiral helped Emma to reorganise the empty crate section outside the shop.

All things considered it was a fun activity to get fit while enjoying the time helping the cooperative.
