I may have stumbled across my perfect mission...(it may just be the engineer in me).

Helped by having "read" in advance the building instructions for Ms E's trolley, courtesy of them being included in the original mission notification, I arrived knowing exactly what needed doing and was well prepared for the usual IKEA Allen key building experience - and wasn't let down at any point. Ms E kindly left me to get on with the task in her kitchen and with Vanessa Feltz's dulcet tones playing on BBC Radio London to keep me company I got to work.

Ms E was pleasantly surprised 25 mins later when I proudly showed off her shiny new red wheels and I left her to take them for a test drive around her kitchen.
