Cold Cold Parkrun
1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Catton Park in Norwich.

No frost on my car this morning lulled you into a false sense of the temperature but I still had MANY layers on Being a volunteer means remembering, double socks, hat, scarf, & a pair or two of gloves. 313 people braved the cold to run/walk/jog Catton Park including 2 first timers to Parkrun very well done to them, if you can brave this cold you can brave anything, well maybe not torrential rain! One of the Catton regulars walked the course on his 93rd birthday, well done Ken, an inspiration to us all. Goodgymers running today, Kathryn, Rachel, Jonathan, Bobby, Rob R,Roisin & Katie L ( buggy running) . Well done everyone
