It was a sunny unassuming day in the metropolis when a message came through on the batphone. 2 urgent shop and drops needed to take place the following day in the southern sector of the city. Despite currently licking my wounds from an epic encounter with the Green Man earlier in the week I could not let the evil Covid-19 cause two isolated civilians to go without.
The plan was to jump in the batmobile (well, badger van), pick up Mrs M's list and cash, then call Mrs V for her requirements so I could face the might of Morrisons in one foul swoop and fend for them both.
So with no time to lose I fired up the mighty Blue Badger and arrived at Mrs M's. Being a solid citizen I now know Mrs M well and her needs are simple but essential. Then I rang Mrs V for her needs. Healthy, tasty and very much needed too. Next it was time to enter the belly of the beast...

To be continued...
