3 Bristol GoodGymmers ran 5k at the Chipping Sodbury parkrun
A fresh but bright Saturday morning awaiting Deb, Sioned and Dave who enjoyed a fairly relaxed run around the fairly flat Chipping Sodbury three-lap parkrun course.
Cheered on by Paul, who was saving himself for GoodGym exploits later in the morning, it was a beautiful morning to be out running. Dave was clearly holding something back and hoping to look not too exhausted for the BBC Camera at the following task, whilst Deb recorded a Chipping Sodbury parkrun PB - nice one Deb!
Sioned had originally planned to run at Pomphrey Hill before a road trip to Nottingham, but it was great to see her joining the gang at Chipping Sodbury instead and leading us home!
