Check in and Chat with a Chelsea fan!

I've received a couple of alerts through the NSH volunteer responder organisation but hadn't been able to contact the individuals in need so I was pleased to finally receive an alert and make contact with someone in my neighbourhood for a 'Check in and Chat'. The individual in question didn't need too much support today. His mood fluctuates and fortunately was feeling OK today so we had a quick chat about football and I left him to watch Football Focus.
