Charlton park-huns!
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Greenwich.

148 parkrunners joined us today for a lovely run/walk at Charlton parkrun.
Sara was Run Director, Linda helped with course set up and stepped up last minute as tailwalker, Olivia was finish tokens support and I had the lovely task of timekeeping (...where I did not make a mistake and add two runners...150 is such a nice round number though!)
Great atmosphere before The Big Half tomorrow - good luck to everyone who's running!
