Charity shop drop

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.

A bit of a trip down memory lane for me today. Firstly I bumped into someone I used to run with at Little Stoke parkrun πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ (before Stoke Gifford Parish Council cancelled it) on my way to help Mrs L with taking some old items to a local charity shop.

Whilst Mrs L was finalising the contents of the charity sack, I moved a heavy box from her hallway into the kitchen as she’s unable to manage this herself, and made a fuss of her little cat, Lulu πŸˆβ€β¬›.

Then it was off to the St Peters Hospice shop on Boyces Avenue, to drop off the sack of Mrs L’s items, which is very close to the pub I used to serve in many moons ago! πŸŒ›.

Finally, it was a run round the Downs for a bit more nostalgia 😌
