What a busy shift today! 400 people received their vaccine in 4 hours and we had 2 queues to manage - for Astra Zeneca and for Pfizer. There was no downtime and we had to soothe a few frustrated customers.

Wilson was managing the queue indoors at 'Piccalilli Circus', directing people to the correct treatment room and even helping out in one of the clinics. Her highlight of the day was assisting a delightful, visually-impaired nun.

Paul put his friendly persona to the best use, greeting people at the door with anti-bac gel and a kindly, soothing chat after their long wait in the queue.

I did what I enjoy most: playing with cars in the car park and managing the outside queues.

So when it all came to an end, Paul couldn't resist throwing the anti-bac into the air, mortar-board-style!
