Bury the cherry at Stephens House and garden

I volunteered to help at Stephen’s house and gardens. I was asked to clear a piece of land and help chop down the stump of a cherry tree so that it could be buried. This involved the use of a mattock and axe. Hard but satisfying work. The park and cafe are open and the gardens are looking beautiful. Now open from 9 am until 4 pm.
