Today two Brighton Goodgymers headed into Portslade to help Ms S sweep up the leaves in her back garden. Awesome effort from Michael who did a 9 mile round trip and I cheated a little bit by driving! Well I’d already done 7 miles leading a run on the Downs and I’d just run out of time!

Our mission was to sweep, rake and bag up all the leaves in the garden. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and robin as we worked and Ms S told us that there are also foxes in the garden.

We swept up 4 bags of leaves in 45 minutes and Ms S was very pleased with our work.
