Breaking the ice with grit and determination!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Barnsley.
- Saturday, 3rd of March 2018
On this icey Saturday morning with all local park runs called off, we kept warm and fit by helping to smash up the ice and clear the snow on Mrs M's path. Having been isolated from the outside world for a whole week, she was so grateful to finally be able to step outside. It took some serious arm strength to break the compacted ice and was a great ab workout. So nice to get some exercise while the paths and roads are still so sketchy at the moment!
