Bikes and Leaflets
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the We Care For Our Air in Redbridge.

A great way to deliver leaflets - by bike! James and Julia had a nice easy cycle around delivering GoodGym and Clean Air leaflets to the libraries and leisure centre in Loxford and Goodmayes. Nice way to spend an hour post parkrun.
