3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Redbridge Mutual Aid FoodBank in Redbridge.

Helen and Mike made put in full shifts today at the food bank Linda arrived after Park Run.
We were a bit thin on the ground GG wise with only 3 of us but there were other volunteers, a few of whom are youngsters fulfilling the volunteer requirement for their Duke of Edinburgh Award, which is good to see.
Between us all the job got done in good time for the arrival of the drivers. To make up for her late start Linda also took on some deliveries.
The photo included the lovely Genevieve (Task Owner) still working away at confirming the last couple of parcels. She is cool with being in this report photo.
