Made my weekly call to a vulnerable, elderly resident. She was feeling low in spirits today as she had had some sad news about an old friend which brought home to her how much she is missing out on by not being able to catch up with her friends. We talked about things she could do t9 lift her spirits like reading books and magazines and watching ‘fluffy’ tv.
