Bag it up, pack it in, put it in the bin

Despite classic wet January weather, I went out first thing this morning and bagged up rubbish from the end of the estate where I live. I don’t know if it’s been infrequent bin collections due to strikes, the high winds, or just a general lack of care but there was enough to have kept me busy all day if I had wished. Many Stella cans, Starbucks cups, Subway cartons and inexplicably a pair of black shorts made quick work of filling a bag for the bin.
