Back to school!

Tonight saw 5 of us bravely head out into the coldest evening of the year for a 3km jog along the river. We then headed back to TLG - the wonderful education charity based in Hammersmith - to re-paint a rather scuffed wall in their entrance hall. Cleaning, sanding, filling and painting - a thorough job was done!

After a quick jog back to base and some cool-down stretching we thawed out in our lovely base of the Squash centre and reflected on a great evening's work! A huge 'well done' to our two newbies - Ruchit and Sarah, and a big thank you to our GoodGym stalwart Jason and GoodGym tourist Patrick - a lovely bunch of painters!
